General Description
Sit1051 is a secondary protection chip specially designed to protect 2-cell, 3-cell, 4-cell or 5-cell lithium ion / polymer batteries, which can reduce the risk of battery damage or shortened service life caused by battery overcharge.
Sit1051 ultra small MSOP8 package and minimum external component requirements make the chip easy to integrate into a limited battery pack.
